Description
If you’re craving juicy, buttery steak with bold garlic flavor, these Garlic Steak Bites are your new go-to recipe. They’re quick to make, full of rich flavors, and perfect for busy nights!
Ingredients
For the Steak Bites:
- 1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prep the Steak:
Pat your steak bites dry with a paper towel. This helps them sear properly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Sear the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Sear for 2 minutes per side until browned and crispy on the edges. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the same pan. Once melted, stir in garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
4. Combine & Serve:
Return steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately!
Notes
- Use a hot pan: A super hot pan gives you that perfect crust on the steak.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan: Cook in batches so each piece sears properly.
- Pair it up: Serve with mashed potatoes, garlic bread, or a side salad for a complete meal.
