- ½ cup red grapes, halved (or dried cranberries)

- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
For the Sandwich:
- 4 croissants, sandwich rolls, or slices of bread
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 4 slices tomato (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken Salad
- In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in chicken, celery, red onion, grapes, and nuts. Mix until well combined.
2. Assemble the Sandwiches
- Lay down a leaf of lettuce on the bottom half of each croissant or sandwich roll.
- Scoop chicken salad onto the lettuce.
- Add tomato slices if using.
- Top with the other half of the bread.
